Maid Right is seeking a Part time Operations Coordinator to join our team. As the Operations Coordinator, you will help drive revenue through customer retention, cleaner training, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

We require some experience for this position, but we will train you on our Maid Right system. We are looking for a motivated individual who can work as part of a team, providing relief and support for absences as needed. A valid driver's license is required. This job will require that you pass a background check and drug testing. Must be flexible and able to work 10-15 hours a week and may include weekends. Responsibilities:

Train cleaners to operate the Maid Right cleaning systems and ensure they meet our high standards

Conduct new customer walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction

Work as a team with customer service representatives and cleaning teams to provide exceptional customer service

Provide relief and support for absences as needed

Assist with customer retention and drive revenue through converting to recurring cleaning services

Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies

Participate in customer acquisition activates and lead generation

Requirements:

Must have some experience in the cleaning industry

Must have a valid driver's license
