.Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated mental health therapist to join our outpatient private practice team. As an insurance-based social work organization, we understand the importance of providing high-quality care to individuals and families in need. Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress
Participate in case reviews and team meetings
Adhere to all licensing standards
Requirements:
Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field
Active licensure as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting
Strong clinical skills, including experience conducting assessments and providing therapy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Commitment to cultural competence and an inclusive workplace

Schedule:
Part Time Flexible Schedule (10 client hours per week)
Evenings and/or Weekends
