    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Comprehensive Learning Services In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children by providing expert assessment and therapy services to address a wide range of developmental challenges.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's sensory, motor, and cognitive abilities.

    Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and other members of the multidisciplinary team.

    Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve children's fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.

    Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

    Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including speech therapists, physical therapists, and psychologists, to ensure coordinated care.

    Provide education and support to parents and caregivers, empowering them to facilitate their child's development at home and in the community.

    Stay abreast of current research and best practices in pediatric occupational therapy to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

    Qualifications:

    Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

    State licensure as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist.

    Minimum of 4 years of experience working with pediatric populations in a clinical setting.

    Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric development and typical milestones.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families.
