As a national manufacturer of custom signs, graphics, and displays, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team, learn the business from the ground up, and grow with us. You’ll work closely with our senior project managers to take projects from concept to completion—handling everything from client communication to design, production, and installation. Responsibilities: About the Role At Image360, no two days are the same. You will: • Learn the ins and outs of sign and graphics production using state-of-the-art software and machinery • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver custom solutions • Take part in all stages of the project: estimating, design, production, and installation • Receive hands-on training from experienced team members to ensure your success Qualifications: We’re looking for individuals who: • Are self-motivated and ready to work hard (we don’t sit around on our phones) • Think independently and can approach challenges creatively • Have experience with design software (Illustrator is required) • Are comfortable using hand tools and other equipment • Communicate effectively with clients and teammates, both in person and through email/phone • Experience in sign manufacturing is a plus, but not required Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly
