    Job Title: Part Time Office Admin for 20 hours per week

    About us: East Coast Real Estate Group, LLC - Property Management company is looking for an A player to join our team as our Office Admin. We don’t just manage properties; we work to improve the lives of residents and real estate investors through property management solutions. We are looking for someone to join our team who wants more than just a J-O-B; we want a person looking for purpose in their career and vocation.

    Primary job duties:

    Open Office / Greeting office visitors

    Greet each visitor immediately as they enter the office

    Assist with any questions

    Accept Rent Payments

    Checks & Money Orders only

    Add payments to accounts

    Bank Deposits

    Process and enter bank deposits

    Receive / distribute mail to team

    To each employee

    Handle all outgoing mail

    Process checks to vendors and utility companies

    Paperwork Filing

    Track and Order Office Supplies

    Always have the needed supplies on hand so the office never runs short on any supplies

    Admin duties for Vice President of Operations and President

    Report Creation

    Assist with Team Hiring Process

    Assist VPO with new hire applications / hiring process as needed

    Assist with Team Training Process

    Assist VPO with new team member onboarding / training as needed.

    Assist with Team Support

    Assist VPO to cover open positions / vacations etc as needed.

    Maintain a Clean Company Office

    Clean the office as needed

    Candidate must possess:

    Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

    Real Estate and/or Property Management experience is preferred

    Compensation: $18-$22 / hr base plus 3 different performance based incentives.

    Reviews: 90 Day Performance Review & Annual Reviews. Reviews however do not guarantee compensation increases.

    Payroll: Payroll is processed bi-weekly via direct deposit.

    401K: Available after 90 days with up to a 4% Company Match. Auto enrolled at 1% unless you unenroll.

    Sick Time: Unpaid Sick time accrues over time based on hours worked. Paid holiday benefits start after 60 Days of employment.

    Holidays: Full-time employees receive 8 hours holiday pay. Part-Time employees will receive 4 hours of Holiday pay. Our office will be closed on Federal Holiday Schedule for the below holidays:

    • January 1st - New Year's Day
    • Memorial Day
    • Juneteenth
    • July 4th - Independence Day
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day (Thursday)
    • December 24th - Christmas Eve
    • December 25th - Christmas Day
