Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: • Rent collections, bank deposits, delinquencies • Rent postings • Resident relations • Rule enforcement • Leasing and move-ins • Showing homes for sale or rent • Working with vendors to maintain and enhance the community • Executing the company's standard operating procedures and policies Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years experience in office management or similar experience in a related field • Strong work ethic and outstanding interpersonal skills • Problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail • Strong communication and customer service skills • Valid driver's license with no major violations • Basic computer experience including Microsoft Excel • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Compensation: $22 hourly
