This role requires a candidate with strong real estate administrative, organization, communication, and marketing skills, and a willingness to drive to client properties as needed. Responsibilities: • Real Estate Support: Manage and organize real estate documents, listings, and client files. • Client Property Visits: Drive to client properties as needed. An extremely reliable vehicle and being comfortable driving throughout the year is required. • Client Communication: Handle client communications, including problem solving, scheduling, follow-ups, and occasionally showing properties as a client courtesy (not selling). • Marketing Assistance: Assist in the preparation of client and team marketing materials, including social media content creation using platforms like Canva and CapCut. • Advanced CRM Usage: Utilize and manage our CRM software, with a strong preference for experience using Follow Up Boss (FUB). Tasks include creating, executing, and managing action plans, generating reports, and using advanced CRM features. • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, phone conversations, and responding to emails. • Maintain the team’s calendar and ensure timely reminders for important tasks. • End-to-end transaction management from contract to closing. • Perform a variety of additional tasks as needed to assist the team in maintaining high performance. Qualifications: • Local to the Twin Cities area: Qualified candidates must be local to the Twin Cities area in MN due to the required client property visits. Anyone outside of this geographic area will not be considered. • Real Estate License: Preferably have an active MN real estate license or be willing to obtain it, as some client interactions require it. • Driving Requirements: Must have an extremely reliable vehicle and be comfortable driving to client properties throughout the Twin Cities year-round. • Real Estate CRM Expertise: A strong understanding of real estate or related CRM software is preferred. Specific experience with Follow Up Boss (FUB) or a similar software is a bonus. • Marketing Experience: Proficiency and proven results with social media marketing and software like Canva and CapCut are strongly preferred. • Organization: Unmatched organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail is required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with Google or Microsoft Office Suite. • This is a part-time position with varying weekly hours, typically between 15-30 hours per week. • Weekly hours will depend on the current client load and team projects, rarely exceeding 30-35 hours in a week. • Flexibility in scheduling is important, as some weeks may require more or fewer hours based on business and client needs. Compensation: $21 - $25 hourly
