Responsibilities: • Teach the 63-hour Florida pre-licensing class to students in an online setting during evenings and weekends in Gainesville, FL. • Demonstrate exceptional teaching skills to actively engage students in the learning process. • Prioritize mentoring and supporting student success throughout the Real Estate course. • Effectively manage classroom dynamics to create a conducive learning environment. • Responsively address student inquiries during live sessions and follow-up interactions in both in-person and online settings. • Ensure adherence to the established class schedule and timing. • Adjust teaching methods based on feedback and constructive input received from students. • Provide necessary handouts, books, and course materials required for effective learning. • Adhere to specific requirements such as attendance, scheduling, and addressing student concerns. • Maintain regular communication with product line management to stay updated on scheduling, curriculum, and classroom changes. • Successfully handle both in-person and remote students concurrently during instructional sessions. Qualifications: • To be considered for the position, a valid Florida Real Estate Instructor License is a must. • Proficiency in utilizing Zoom, Google Meets, and Microsoft Teams is required. • Strong communication skills using PowerPoint and Google Slides are essential. • The ability to effectively integrate technology into teaching practices is necessary. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must-have. • Adaptability to new teaching methods and adjusting course materials accordingly is expected. • Strong interpersonal skills are vital for this role. • Demonstrated expertise in time management and organizational skills is required. • Exceptional presentation and teaching abilities are necessary.
