In-Person We are looking for our next great Real Estate School Instructor! The Real Estate School Instructor will be responsible for all aspects of live course delivery for Real Estate classes. Responsibilities: • Teach the 63-hour Florida pre-licensing class to students in an online setting during nights and weekends. • Exhibit exceptional teaching abilities to actively involve students in the learning process. • Prioritize mentoring and supporting student success throughout the course. • Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a conducive learning environment. • Responsively address student inquiries during live sessions and follow-up interactions. • Maintain adherence to the established itinerary for class timing. • Adapt teaching methods based on feedback and constructive input received. • Distribute necessary handouts, books, and course materials as required for the class. • Comply with specific requirements such as attendance, scheduling, and addressing student concerns. • Maintain regular communication with product line management for updates on scheduling, curriculum, and classroom changes. • Successfully handle in-person and remote students simultaneously during sessions. Qualifications: • Must hold a valid Florida Real Estate Instructor License. • Proficiency required in Zoom, Google Meets, and Microsoft Teams. • Strong communication skills using PowerPoint and Google Slides. • Ability to effectively incorporate technology into teaching. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must be adaptable to new teaching methods and adjust course materials accordingly. • Strong interpersonal skills are essential. • Demonstrated expertise in time management and organizational skills. • Excellent presentation and teaching abilities. Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
