We are in need of a Real Estate Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in taking photographs, video, and drone footage as well as experience in editing and creating marketing materials. The saying a picture is worth a thousand words’ is perhaps more relevant in our industry than any other. The best visual representation of our properties is critical in order to best market and sell the properties in our portfolio. What We’re Looking For: • Basic videography skills – no need for fancy equipment, just a good eye and creativity! • Ability to shoot and edit engaging real estate videos. • Reliable transportation to various property locations. • Experience with real estate videography is a plus but not required. What You’ll Do: • Film property listings, agent interviews, and promotional content. • Edit videos for social media and marketing purposes. • Travel within Fort Lauderdale & Broward County as needed. Responsibilities: • Provide assistance in website and social media marketing to ensure properties and agency are presented in a professional and enticing manner • Ability to edit and manipulate lighting, contrast and watermarks to ensure top quality videos • Plan for multiple shoots per day/week and be available in order to serve our clients • Video properties for online and marketing purposes so buyers show interest quickly • Advise real estate agents and homeowners on staging during the video shoot to help ensure the best visual results Qualifications: • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines • Enjoys working with all types of people and able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments • Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite • Real estate videography experience a plus, but we will train the right person • Experience working with different lenses, lighting and video equipment Compensation: $20,000 - $30,000 per year
