    As a Concierge at Prestige Motorsports, you will embody the essence of our club, delivering exceptional service and support to our esteemed members, both in their day-to-day interactions and during special events.     Responsibilities:

    Front Desk Operations:

    • Greet and welcome members with professionalism and courtesy.
    • Manage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate channels.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas to uphold our club's standards.

    Customer Service:

    • Deliver exemplary customer service, promptly addressing member inquiries or concerns.
    • Handle member complaints or issues swiftly and with professionalism.

    Member Coordination:

    • Facilitate member drop-offs, check-ins, check-outs, and pick-ups seamlessly.
    • Coordinate member requests for services across various club facilities.

    Event Support:

    • Assist Event Manager in executing club events, ensuring members have a memorable experience.
    • Provide on-site support during events, including greeting and registration of members and guests, member assistance, and logistical coordination.

    Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with all club staff to ensure a seamless member experience.

    Administrative Support:

    • Assist with various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the club.
    • As needed, work in tandem with the event manager on diverse projects and tasks.
    • Administer and provide support to the member portal system.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in event planning is advantageous.
    • Previous experience in customer service or concierge roles is required.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns with tact and professionalism.
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating member needs and resolving issues expediently.
    • Ability to work predominantly nights and weekends.
    • Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
    • Proficient in utilizing computer systems for administrative tasks.
    • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks based on urgency.

    Job Type:

    Saturday shifts primarily from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with flexibility required to work extended hours, nights, and events.

    Job Type: Part-time and weekends

    • Weekdays as needed

    Experience:

    • Customer service: 2 years (required)
    • Concierge: 1 year (desirable)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

    Schedule:

    • 10 hour shift
    • 8 hour shift
    • Day shift
    • Weekends only
