    Part-Time (Morning) Receptionist Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? Our growing law firm has an immediate opening for a Receptionist or “Client Concierge.” We’re looking for a team player who has excellent administrative and communication skills to be our Ambassador of First Impressions. You’ll welcome clients and empathize with them on the details of their cases, answer phone calls and web inquiries, sort and deliver correspondence, and assist us with other operations as needed. Since this role involves interpersonal skills and familiarity with social media content, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who has worked in direct sales / multi-level marketing. Responsibilities: • Provide a positive and professional first point of contact with the firm in person, over the phone, or online via social media and our website • Welcome visitors and assist them as needed • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email, phone messages, etc. • Schedule appointments and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties • Manage paper and electronic files • Maintain practice and client confidentiality • Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, filing, etc. Qualifications: If the following describes you, then You may be who we are looking for: • You believe it’s important to greet everyone with a warm, friendly welcome • You genuinely care about clients and want to deliver an experience that turns them into raving fans • You are comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • You are skilled at communicating effectively on the phone, face-to-face, and in writing • You are a relationship-builder who is comfortable interacting with different types of personalities and all levels of authority, especially individuals in emotional need • You see an opportunity for organization where others see a mess • You’re tech-savvy – proficient in Office, G Suite, and social media platforms and eager to learn our cloud-based systems • You value doing it right the first time, so you proofread your work and double-check the details • You are reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality • You have a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • You have experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, direct sales marketer, or similar position • Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to pass a background and resume check Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
