    The Law Office of Deidra N Haynes is seeking a part-time receptionist to join their fast-growing Law Firm. This position will involve a variety of tasks to support the office and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities: • Create and organize new employee binders/files for all positions • Share necessary documents with new employees via the Firm’s software system • Take certified mail to the post office and retrieve mail daily for the Firm Administrator • Keep office supplies and snacks fully stocked • Assist employees with minor IT issues • Set up new employee computers and desk areas • Purchase new employee welcome gifts • Set up new employee printers on computers • Answer in-person inquiries from clients and visitors • Schedule appointments for the management team when needed • Purchase birthday items (food/party essentials) for team celebrations • Manage, clean, and organize the printing area and conference rooms • Provide support to managers and administrators with daily tasks • Act as Treasurer for weekly meetings or as requested • Welcome clients in person • Responsibilities may be modified based on the Firm’s needs Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Friendly and professional demeanor • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize effectively • Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
