What You’ll Do:
Engage with new leads to convert them into Lawn Doctor customers.
Work with existing customers to add additional services to enhance their lawn care program.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retain accounts—this includes inbound and outbound calls to customers who wish to cancel, confidently working to win them back.
Develop in-depth knowledge of Lawn Doctor’s services to effectively answer questions and provide recommendations.
Maintain a focus on quality service and a positive customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and sales skills, with confidence in outbound calling.
A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
The ability to work flexible hours, adjusting to peak phone times.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and good attendance record.
Prior sales or lawn care experience is a plus but not required.
