Our spa concierge team makes the magic happen by providing the ultimate guest experience and invoking guest delight! With our seasonal shifts coming to a close, we are looking to add one or two new team members for the beginning of our 2025 spa year.

More specifically, our Spa Concierge:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests, providing the first impression, creating excitement, and executing all small the details that recognize every guest as a VIP

Educates the guest on Woodhouse services and amenities to create seamless experiences where guests can feel at home

Answers the phone with a smile each and every time

Is a brand ambassador, making sure the guests have a clean, safe place for memorable experiences
