Requirements & Responsibilities:

At least 2 years of experience in a related field.

A friendly, outgoing personality that fosters positive customer interactions and leaves a lasting impression.

Proficiency in basic DIY skills and familiarity with hardware and home improvement products.

Flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends, and to adapt to short-notice schedule changes.

Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods, with the capability to lift and carry items up to 40 pounds.

Dedication to exceeding customer expectations with outstanding service while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
