This position is a part-time position (15-25 hours per week) with a mix between coaching time in the water, office/administrative tasks, and deck and cleaning support. Whether in the pool or in the office, this job is all about great customer service. You must be reliable, punctual, have a strong work ethic, and good verbal communication skills. We offer paid training to help you learn our system and approach.
This job will require afternoon/evening and weekend shifts. We will only consider applicants who can work:
At least one 8-hour shift on a weekend day
At least one 8-hour shift (12pm to close) on a weekday between Monday and Thursday
Other shorter shifts in the evening to fill out the 15-25 hours per week

Make sure everyone is safe.

Qualifications:
Caring and compassion for children and adults
Ability to work in the water for periods of up to 5 hours
Strong communication skills
Great attitude and willingness to be coached
Basic swimming competency in the four competitive swim strokes
The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
The ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment, afternoons and weekends required
