Role Summary
Team members are responsible for creating Raving Fans. Their responsibilities include:
Execute operational excellence– Develop trust with guests through meeting the Quality requirements all day every day.
Deliver 2ndMile Service– Ensure guests feel cared for by going above and beyond expectations.
Activate Emotional Connections– Strengthen relationships with guests and the community.
Must obtain Food Handlers Certificate within the first 5 days of employment.
General Responsibilities
Front of House:
Greeting guests
Order taking
Meal Assembly
Meal Delivery
Table Touch in
Effectively clean (dining room, front counter, drive thru, restroom)
Correcting orders
Correctly use dishwasher and clean dishes
Back of House:
Receiving Product
Storing Product
Prepping product
Assembling Product
Fulfilling Orders
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of back of house
Requirements
Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
