    Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments for our sales team, and helping to expand our client base. This position offers flexible hours (20 hours per week) and a competitive pay range of $16-17 per hour, plus commission for each appointment set.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and databases.

    Effectively communicate the value of Office Pride's commercial cleaning services.

    Set up appointments for the sales team to follow up with potential clients.

    Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.

    Follow up with leads as needed to ensure appointments are confirmed.

    Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns from potential clients.

    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in telemarketing or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

    Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

    Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to achieve targets.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

    A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

    Working Hours:

    Part-time position: 20 hours per week
