Part Time Temporary Executive Administrative Assistant
NW Office Liquidations is seeking to fill a part time temporary position. The role requires 4-5 hours per day and is expected to last 4-6 weeks, but has the potential to become a permanent part time position for the right person. You will work directly with the president of NW Office Liquidations at our central Eastside location.
• Minimum of three years of executive assistant experience • Proficiency in scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and managing calendars • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills • Light bookkeeping and account reconciliation, familiarity with Quickbooks • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information • Ability to create simple spreadsheets • Obtain and send Certificate of Insurance (COI) documents • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the President.
