Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date real estate transaction files • Assist with administrative tasks related to real estate transactions • Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and vendors throughout the transaction process • Ensure all transaction documents are properly completed and filed in a timely manner • Provide support to the real estate team in coordinating and scheduling appointments and showings Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Basic typing and computer proficiency • A proactive approach to problem-solving is a plus! • Real Estate or Title experience a plus but not required Compensation: $19 - $24 hourly
