Position Summary
BB6 seeking a highly qualified and experienced part time WMD/CBRN Instructor to provide expert training and guidance in the field of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) operations. The instructor will play a key role in preparing personnel to manage complex threats and scenarios involving hazardous materials and emerging risks.
Responsibilities
Service as an instructor and subject matter expert in the identification, analysis, and mitigation of risks associated with WMB/CBRN
Develop and implement realistic training scenarios to simulate WMD incidents, including tabletop and full-scale exercises.
Evaluate participant performance and provide actionable feedback to enhance readiness and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices in CBRN and WMD response to maintain the relevance and effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of operational experience in WMB/CBRN response.
HSEEP and FEMA IS certifications
Hands-on experience with WMB/CBRN instruction
