Key Responsibilities:

Assist in assessing and documenting property damage.

Support water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification processes.

Aid in fire and smoke damage restoration, including cleaning and deodorization.

Participate in mold remediation procedures following industry standards.

Operate and maintain restoration equipment and tools under supervision.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all projects.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
