Job Summary:

An instructor at a Premier Martial Arts location is someone who is passionate about changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be the best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student, and never lets their ego get the best of them. A learning attitude is key to the success of this position.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the lead instructor 4:30pm-8:30 pm Monday-Thursday

Being a source of joy, fun, excitement, and mentorship to our youth students

Assist in supporting studio events: Birthday Parties, Promo Booths, Graduation

Qualifications:

HIGH ENERGY: Smiling, welcoming, encouraging and inclusive.

Open-mind about martial arts training for everyday children.

Understanding life skill development is our number one focus above competition.

Prior Martial Arts experience is required but as an assistant, a Black Belt is not mandatory.

The desire to contribute to something larger than yourself.
