We are seeking a passionate and skilled Part-Time BCBA to join our team in Garland, Texas. This position offers flexibility with a hybrid work schedule, and there is ample room for professional growth within our organization. As a Part-Time BCBA, you will work directly with individuals and families to provide effective, evidence-based interventions for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, training staff, and ensuring the successful implementation of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for clients in home and community settings.

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure treatment effectiveness.

Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff.

Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Stay up to date on current research and best practices in ABA.

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification.

Valid and current license to practice as a BCBA.

Previous experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism and related disorders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
