Short Shift Caregiver (Concierge Caregiver) Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004 Compensation: $16/hour Employment Type: Part-time

About the Role:

ComForCare Home Care of Montgomery County is seeking compassionate, flexible, and reliable caregivers to join our team as Concierge Caregivers. In this unique role, you’ll have the opportunity to care for up to four clients per day, providing short shifts (2 to 4 hours each) and making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors across our community.

This position is ideal for caregiving professionals who enjoy variety in their day, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to providing exceptional care.

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License

Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance

Comfortable working with both male and female clients

Flexibility to travel between clients during the workday

Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities will vary based on each client’s personalized care plan and may include, but are not limited to:

Personal Care: Assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, oral care, hair care, toileting, and incontinence care

Companionship: Providing emotional support and meaningful social interaction

Light Housekeeping: Tasks such as laundry, linen changes, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming

Meal Preparation: Assisting with or preparing meals based on dietary needs

Medication Reminders: Ensuring clients take prescribed medications on schedule

Safety Monitoring: Fall prevention and overall home safety checks

Transportation & Escort Services: Driving or accompanying clients to errands, shopping, outings, family events, or medical appointments
