We are seeking a Handyman Maintenance to join our team! You will manage the facility at a boutique hotel.

Responsibilities:

Repair, install, and adjust equipments like air conditioners

Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment

Perform routine preventative maintenance, including painting and woodworking

Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Previous experience as handyman or other related fields

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with tools and equipment

Ability to handle physical workload
