About us We are looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our growing team at our North Brunswick location. The qualified candidate must be a motivated and compassionate individual who possess a passion for ABA and a strong desire to empower children and families. Candidates must exhibit professionalism and experience in parent and staff training. Candidates must display the ability to build rapport with children and families. Skilled in implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders
Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments
Excellent clinical competence and judgment
Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills while working in a fast-paced environment
Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
Conducting parent training
Creating programming and behavior intervention plans
Monitoring data for students
Conducting appropriate assessments
Collect program and behavior data which can include but are not limited to aggression, SIB, property destruction, elopement, stereotypy
Implement research-based interventions to decrease interfering behaviors and teach replacement skills
Prepare and organize teaching materials and teaching settings prior to each session
Work collaboratively with ABA therapists and related service providers to implement learner-specific strategies and protocols
Requirements
Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis
Valid BCBA Certification
Valid NJ driver’s license.
Strong leadership skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Maintain Professional Liability Insurance
Valid Crisis Management certification
Must have a compatible device (iPad, Laptop etc) to use for electronic notes
