    Company Overview

    We are a growing Managed IT and Cybersecurity company that provides tailored IT solutions and cybersecurity services to small and mid-sized businesses. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to help drive our new client acquisition, online presence, though leadership, and client nurturing efforts.

    Summary

    This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Responsibilities include managing social media, optimizing website content for SEO, and executing digital advertising campaigns. You'll handle email marketing, lead nurturing, and content creation, while ensuring brand consistency. Performance tracking and reporting through analytics tools like Google Analytics and CRM data are key. A bachelor's degree in Marketing and at least one year of B2B digital marketing experience is required, along with proficiency in SEO, SEM, and email marketing. Familiarity with the managed IT and cybersecurity industry is a plus.

    Marketing Strategy Administration and Management

    Lead Generation & Prospect Appointment Setting/Nurturing

    Online Marketing Application and Database Administration (Digital & Social Media)

    Email and Voice Client Acquisition Admin and Management

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related (or equivalent experience)

    1+ years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, and lead generation, ideally within the B2B space.

    Knowledge of online marketing tools such as Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing software is a plus.

    Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.

    Experience with current CRM and marketing automation tools.

    Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills.
