Overview: That Nanny Place is looking to fulfill a part time nanny position.

The part time position is located in 78737 zip code. Hours are Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 9am-4pm, and one date night (4 hours) for a 6 month old baby.

You must have at least 5 years experience being a Nanny and working with babies.

Family is seeking a compassionate and responsible Nanny to provide exceptional care for their baby in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, and will be dedicated to fostering a safe and engaging atmosphere. This role involves not only supervising children but also participating in their educational and developmental activities.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage with children in a safe and caring manner.

Plan and prepare nutritious meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.

Educate children through play-based learning activities that promote development.

Provide care for infants, including diaper changes, feeding, and soothing.

Assist with toddler care, including potty training and age-appropriate activities.

Organize daily routines that include educational games, outdoor play, and creative projects.

Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.

Ensure the safety of children at all times, implementing first aid when necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Babysitter/Nanny or in a similar childcare role.

Knowledge of child development principles and practices.

Experience with infant care, toddler care, and preschool education is highly desirable.

Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents.

Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children are essential qualities.

Must be able to provide references from previous childcare positions.

Must be covid, flu and Tdap vaccinated

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
