You will be at the forefront of customer interactions, providing essential support and ensuring a seamless experience for residents and guests. Your role involves managing reservations, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the park office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Interact with customers and guests in a positive, pleasant, helpful, and professional manner.
· Emphasize outstanding customer service as a primary focus, creating a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere at the front desk.
· Make reservations for customers efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
· Collect rent, enforce late fees, and manage the rent roll, maintaining up-to-date and organized records.
· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the park office daily.
· Update office inventory, including merchandise and office supplies, and communicate needs to the Manager.
· Assist with mail delivery and contribute to the park's social media presence as needed.
· Attend regular staff meetings and huddles to stay informed about park standards, priorities, and safety protocols.
· Collaborate with the Park Manager and other departments to align front desk operations with overall park goals.
Benefits: $12.50/ hour, $60 credit per month on electricity (not cumulative), Site rental is taken out ½ each pay check, a 10% employee discount to store items, Free Ice, and $10 per week for laundry.
