QUALIFICATIONS for Part-time Physical Therapist for Early Intervention:
Illinois Physical Therapist License
Early Intervention credentials or willingness to obtain
2+ years experience and IL EI Evaluator Credentials preferred but will consider new grads with pediatric experience. Counties listed above and it’s difficult to pinpoint just one zip code given the position is EI and locations are based upon referrals.
Must be willing to supervise assistant-level providers.
