Cruise and Vacation Desk is one of the largest single location travel agencies in the country working with all of today’s top cruise, resort and escorted tour companies. Due to our continuous growth year over year, we are looking to add Sales Support representatives to assist with back-office processing of vacation payments and rewards disbursement for our established national customer base. Sales Support Specialist responsibilities include:

Assisting clients with making payments and processing payments correctly.

Auditing and invoicing bookings quickly and accurately.

Responding and/or distributing customer inquiries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email and/or chat.

Self-managing and completing daily and weekly tasks.

Database and customer information management as assigned by Supervisor.
