About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at VanDrie Home Furnishings as a Part-Time Warehouse Associate! In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their home furnishings on time and in perfect condition.

Responsibilities:

Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise for quality and accuracy.

Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory in an efficient manner.

Assist with loading and unloading deliveries using forklifts and hand trucks.

Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following safety protocols.

Prepare orders for shipment by packaging and labeling products appropriately.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.

Support other warehouse functions as needed to optimize workflow.

General ground and maintenance.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.

Valid forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Flexible availability for part-time shifts, including weekends.
