    Position Details:

    Role: Part-time clinician specializing in Functional Family Therapy (FFT) or Experiential Play Therapy (EPT)

    Schedule: Evenings & weekends only (minimum 15 hours per week)

    Compensation:

    $40-$45/hour for non-independent clinicians (LMHC, LMSW, AMFT)

    $50-$55/hour for independently licensed clinicians (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT)

    Compensation is based on experience, licensure, and qualifications

    About Experiential Play Therapy (EPT): EPT is a dynamic, hands-on therapeutic approach that empowers children to explore, express, and heal through immersive, interactive play experiences, fostering deep emotional growth and meaningful breakthroughs.

    About Functional Family Therapy (FFT): FFT is a proven, evidence-based approach that strengthens family relationships, improves communication, and creates lasting positive change in family dynamics.

    What You’ll Do:

    Conduct assessments to identify client needs and strengths

    Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

    Utilize FFT or EPT to support client healing

    Make referrals to internal and external resources as needed

    Maintain clinical standards and compliance with agency/state guidelines

    Participate in team meetings & supervision

    Complete documentation (diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes)

    Collaborate with colleagues to enhance client outcomes
