Ready to create an amazing culture and provide pet care in a brand new, beautifully built veterinary hospital?
Hometown Veterinary Partners was founded in 2023 with a mission to empower veterinary professionals by building veterinary hospitals which inspire, uplift, and fulfill. We’re hiring Partner and Associate Doctors to open, lead and provide care in veterinary hospitals right where you live. You’ll earn a competitive salary in addition to a full suite of benefits that start at 30 hours a week. For Associate Doctors, we have tremendous opportunities for growth and to move into a Partner Doctor position in which you’ll operate your own Hometown Veterinary Partners hospital. For Partner Doctors, this is an opportunity akin to owning your own practice without any upfront financial commitment.
You’ll contribute to the culture and hospital of your dreams while providing care in your location. Building upon our core beliefs, you’ll bring your experience as a veterinarian and your passion for growth and improvement to this exciting environment where you’ll mentor, lead, and make a difference not only for pets patients and owners, but also for the entire care team. We are building a group of truly local hospitals and with it a network of highly-motivated, visionary, and entrepreneurial veterinarians and operations leaders.
More about Hometown Veterinary Partners:
Exciting changes in the veterinary industry start with us and we are just getting started. We want you to be excited and happy doing what you love most. You can expect to grow and nourish the culture and community in your local hometown veterinary hospital. Our team is empowered to operate their hospital as their very own business, led by you. We work hard together for what we believe in: principles of CULTURE, COMMUNITY and COLLABORATION.
CULTURE. The center of what makes each hospital special is its culture. We give you the space to build and foster a healthy workplace at each location and support you along the way.
COMMUNITY. We share in our teams’ excitement to be contributing members of their neighborhoods and to create positive change in our veterinary industry. Our veterinary teams are empowered to maintain local autonomy and growth in their community.
COLLABORATION. We encourage our teams to embrace an entrepreneurial spirit and operate with growth mindsets. We celebrate everyone’s individual viewpoints, experiences, and backgrounds. We grow together!
Case collaboration is encouraged and celebrated. We have a dedicated support staff to doctor ratio based upon your case load. Our support staff are highly skilled and constantly learning new skills, allowing for high utilization so our DVMs can focus on DVM-level tasks. This approach allows us to support one's development and partner together to provide the best care! The case variety keeps things interesting and exciting, with no two days alike.
We provide services six days/week which include: appointments, scheduled surgeries, and preventative care days. Our DVMs have flexibility to swap shifts with teammates to maintain a healthy work-life balance. For those that like surgery (welcome but not required), we will have many opportunities!
