The LineLeap venue platform gives venue owners & staff an easy way to provide a better customer experience & enhance their marketing efforts, all while creating new revenue streams.

    As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Business Development Director to take the lead on the development of new partnerships and further develop relationships with existing brands. This role will be at the forefront of understanding priorities of leading brands to develop strategies that ensure LineLeap’s innovative approach to connecting consumers to their brands becomes a central part of their marketing and sponsorship investments.

    The Business Development Director will report directly to the Chief Partnerships Officer.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • New Logo Acquisition – Identify and secure new partnerships with leading beer, spirits, seltzer, and non-alcoholic beverage brands looking to grow their footprint in the nightlife and entertainment space.

    • Budget Strategy – Map out how major beverage companies allocate budgets for sponsorships, marketing activations, and brand partnerships to ensure LineLeap is a key player in their strategy.

    • Compelling Sales Narrative – Design and pitch custom LineLeap partnership bundles that maximize brand exposure and ROI, ensuring alignment with each brand’s marketing objectives.

    • Data-Backed Selling – Leverage consumer insights and performance data to demonstrate the value of LineLeap partnerships, making it easier for brands to justify budget allocation.

    • Revenue Growth – Drive new revenue by securing multi-year sponsorship commitments and expanding LineLeap’s presence in brand marketing strategies.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Industry Expertise: Strong background in partnerships, sales, or business development within beverage or other CPG categories.

    • Networked: Strong affinity for building and maintaining relationships within the industry

    • Strategic Thinker: Can analyze spending patterns and present compelling business cases.

    • Creative Problem Solver: Knows how to overcome budget objections and position LineLeap as essential to a brands consumer strategy.

     

    Compensation and Benefits

    • 150,000-175,000+25-30% Bonus

    • Competitive stock option package, depending on experience

    • Remote but NYC or Chicago preferred. Travel is required.
