About Soccer Shots
Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development for children ages 2-8. Our nationally recognized program offers a high energy, fun, age-appropriate introduction to the wonderful game of soccer. Soccer Shots Queens serves the Queens, New York Community as a locally operated franchise part of the greater national system. Soccer Shots Queens was established in 2022. Soccer Shots Queens works closely with headquarters to ensure the most optimal experience in the local system. Soccer Shots Queens supports all of Queens inclusive of Astoria, Long Island City, Woodside, Bayside, Jamaica, Fresh Meadows, Middle Village, Maspeth, Richmond Hills, Forest Park, Kew Gardens, Flushing, College Point, Whitestone.

Salary: $45,000 + commission incentive plan Compensation is based on performance and Soccer Shots reserves the right to terminate employment for failure to meet expectations.

Working Hours & Location:
This is a W2, full time exempt position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. The work week will be comprised of coaching and other position objectives as noted above. On accessions it will be necessary to work additional hour, including weekday evenings and weekends to meet deadlines and to secede goals. Your weekly scheduled and agenda will be assigned by your supervisor. Many Soccer Shots programs run weeknights and weekends. Availability and flexibility to support these times is paramount. You will be expected to work out of Queens, and travel to partner sites as needed within the Soccer Shots Queens region per the assigned book of business.
Reports to: Executive Director/Owner
Position Objective: The Partner Services Managers plans all seasonal operation duties related to Soccer Shots Queens. The Partner Services Manager will be responsible for:
Business Development – for an assigned territory book of business
o All private account confirmations [enrichment, all play, camps]
o All public program site confirmations [permits, agreements, reservations]
o New account additions [both private and public]
o Identify growth opportunities to increase enrollment with existing and new accounts and partners.
o Create sales and marketing martials [promotional fun day flyers, season promo materials, sales folders]
Marketing
o Perform marketing tasks related to acquisition of new account, partner or customer [back to school events, promotional events, conferences, etc.]
o Execute Free Fun Days as needed
o Work with schools Directors and staff to ensure enrollment goals are met
Relationship Management
o Manage and build partner relationships [school check-ins, site conflict inquiries, dire to gift distribution, sit visits, etc.]
o Use CRM and tracking tools and system to manage relationships and communication and track conversions.
o Make sure account receivable invoicing sheet is kept up to date for proper invoicing, collection of payments and tracking.
o Assist Operations lead to ensure season rental fees, donations, and revenues are properly paid in a timely manner.
Business Management
o Seasonal program management support as needed
o Coaching a minimum of 15 sessions per week
o Account and regional partner inquiry support

Prompt, reliable, and professional communication. Responds immediately to customer (parrent, directors, staff), and always responds to supervisor or other support staff within 2 hours.
Meet outlined season, quarter and annual timelines and goals.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to develop systems to stay organized, have efficient time management, and records.
Meet seasonal performance goals – go above and beyond to sell, promote, and market soccer shots programming prior to each season.
Deliver exceptional customer services to schools’ staff, parents, and community partners by building relationships through check-ins and other communications.
Adhere to all company policies and always represent Soccer Shots with professionalism and integrity.
Coach sessions as needed depending on the season and minimum staffing levels.
Ability to drive in New York with valid driver’s license and clean record on behalf of Soccer Shots.
Performance Evaluation
60-day performance review
Quarterly objectives, expectations and performance review.
Annual performance review at the end of the calendar year.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience in Sales and Customer Service
Keen attention to detail and a positive driven attitude
Comfortable working in non-traditional settings and weekends
Bilingual preferred
Computer and System Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to identify strategic opportunities to drive results
Community driven work experience (experience with children a plus)
