The Partner Solutions Architect is an information technology professional who designs solutions for connectivity to the broader software ecosystem. This individual will work with internal product engineers and external customers to design and develop solutions that integrate Tungsten Automation with other products. The Partner Solutions Architect will have a wide range of technical knowledge, understanding of different languages and frameworks, and be able to identify and recommend business value. The individual must be enterpernuerial in spirit to collaborate with the Alliances team, Sales, Engineering and Development, and Professional Services to identify requirement and designs of integration that supports customer’s useage, scalability, and performance and helps them meet their business objectives. Must possess a demonstrated ability to be resourceful and flexible to learn and experiment with new technologies and have initiative to execute the end-to-end product integration lifecycle, such as requirements gathering, functional design to support business strategy, development, and support of deployment. Must be able to guide applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators for alliance success.
- Identify key technical functionality gained through new strategic alliances
- Quickly gain technical proficiency in key Tungsten Automation products, their design and architecture to develop integrations
- Maintain a working knowledge of workflow use cases, customer and market demands and requirements, and best practices
- Architect solutions and evaluate options to determine best option for development
- Manage product activities for technical assessment, positioning, and development
- Where lightweight development can be performed (connector), develop solution through working directly with alliance partner
- Where native development needs performed (product changes), work with Products to scope requirements, add to roadmap, and consult
- Coordinate between Products and alliance technical POCs to support development
- Provide feedback to Product Development regarding new features, improving product performance, and eliminating bugs in the product
- Develop training, enablement and collateral for Tungsten Automation Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Technical Support
- Prepare custom demonstrations and documentation for other Tungsten Automation resources, customers, and partners
- Prepare Tungsten Automation Professional Services for efficient installations
- Prepare Tungsten Automation partners on the architectural aspects of selling the alliance solutions
- Serve as a point of contact for Tungsten Automation Sales, Professional Services, and customers
- Develop thought leadership around Tungsten Automation's integrations and support of business strategy for customer’s success
- Maintain market knowledge to analyze and recommend alliance relationships and strategy

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, information technology, electrical engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent years of experience; (Certificate for systems engineer (CSE) or MS, or MBA degree a plus)
- Knowledge and experience using APIs, REST principles, webservices, and general data transfer approaches
- Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA), SaaS, or Managed Services solutions
- Experience in preparation and delivery of technical product and architecture presentation at CIO/CTO level
- Ability to effectively relate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and articulate the business value of a given technical solution
- Critical thinking skills and complex problem-solving ability required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills - ability to effectively communicate across internal and external business, marketing and engineering departments
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work at a highly detailed level
- Passion and commitment for customer success
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams through influence while also functioning as an individual contributor / team member
- Strong strategic, analytical, corporate relationship, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of Tungsten Automation products or automation products is a plus
- Knowledge of technologies such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and other CRMs, ERPs and workflow products is a plus

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $103,000 - $186,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
