We're looking for compassionate and motivated Partner Veterinarians to join our team. This is a flexible, part-time role designed for veterinarians who want to make an impact while maintaining balance in their professional and personal lives.
About the Role
As a Partner Veterinarian , you're more than a relief vet—you're an integral part of the Vetted family. You'll provide exceptional preventative care and support pet parents with education, clear communication, and personalized medical decisions. With guaranteed shifts (4–10 per month), you'll have the flexibility to design a schedule that works for you, while contributing to Vetted's mission of delivering outstanding care.
Essential Responsibilities
Patient Care & Client Education
- Deliver preventative care including annual exams, vaccinations, and routine treatments.
- Spend quality time with pet parents, answering their questions and educating them about their pet's health and well-being.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics (e.g., bloodwork) and develop treatment plans tailored to each pet's needs.
- Maintain detailed, accurate medical records for all patients.
- Communicate with clarity and empathy, ensuring pet parents feel confident in their decisions and connected to their pet's care.
Medical Excellence
- Make sound medical decisions in line with Vetted's high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience, from check-in to follow-up.
- Advocate for high-quality medicine and exceptional client service at every touchpoint.
Team Connection
- Build relationships with the Vetted team and other veterinarians to foster a culture of collaboration and learning.
- Contribute insights and feedback to improve processes and elevate the client and patient experience.
- Represent Vetted's values and mission, helping to grow our community of pet parents and veterinary professionals.
What We're Looking For
- DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree with an active license to practice in the clinic's state.
- A minimum of 6 months of veterinary practice experience.
- Passion for education and relationship-building with pet parents.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to practicing the highest standard of care.
- Reliable and collaborative, with a desire to contribute meaningfully to Vetted's community.
- Availability for 4–10 shifts per month , with flexibility in scheduling.
