What You Get to Do:
Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement short- and long-term financial strategies.
Supervise and evaluate accounting staff.
Ensure compliance with federal and state financial regulations.
Communicate policies and changes effectively within the accounting department.
Collaborate with the management team on strategic initiatives.
Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity to all stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA, safety, and risk management policies.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in accounting, finance, or business administration; non-profit or healthcare experience preferred.
CPA or MBA preferred.
Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting systems.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid Oregon driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance (for fieldwork).
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.

Must pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test.
