    Generator Supercenter is looking for a result driven Parts Admin to actively work inside the Parts/After-Market department.

    Responsibilities

    Answering phone calls and emails for parts and aftermarket customer service inquiries

    Perform essential administrative - clerical duties as needed to complete task

    Scheduling service appointments in GSC database

    Making phone calls and sending emails reminding customers of their scheduled service appointments

    Resolving scheduling conflicts and billing errors that other staff or customers’ flag

    Ensure every invoice and quote is accurate

    Follow up on outstanding customer payments and answer any billing questions

    Ability to communicate effectively with parts manager and internal employees

    Assist manager to identify parts required and pricing parts to maintain profitability

    Helping customers find and purchase the correct parts

    Collaborating with parts manager to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs and purchase orders

    Identify and Review warranty repairs to ensure accuracy

    Maintain records of processed, filed, and completed/incomplete warranty claims

    Answering phone calls regarding the warranty claims process

    Must be able to effectively multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries simultaneously

    Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

    Must be well spoken and comfortable talking to individuals

    Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm. Occasional Saturdays as needed
