    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts and Service Manager to oversee and streamline our service operations and parts department. As the Parts and Service Manager, you will manage daily parts and service operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining inventory, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a small team of service technicians, handle escalations, and drive efficiency in the department. Compensation • Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 • Comprehensive offered benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage • 401(k) with matching contributions. • Paid time off. Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the parts and service departments to ensure smooth and efficient processes. • Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of parts, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels. • Process and prioritize service tickets, coordinating schedules to maximize technician productivity and minimize downtime. • Provide hands-on support to technicians by assisting with troubleshooting and ensuring repairs are completed to high standards. • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions. • Train, mentor, and evaluate service technicians to promote skill development and ensure consistent performance. • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction in the parts and service departments. • Maintain detailed records of service tickets, inventory levels, and departmental performance metrics. • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and best practices to ensure the team remains knowledgeable and competitive. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on operations and customer service standards. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all service and parts operations. Qualifications: • Proven supervisory experience preferred, ideally in a service or parts-oriented role. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. • Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical systems, and the ability to read schematic diagrams. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities. • Experience managing parts inventory and service schedules. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make decisions under pressure.
