You must: -Be able to multitask, you will handle several calls at one time.

-Have great organizational skills and be customer focused.

-Have above average speed looking up parts and getting out quotes. -Minimum 1 Year Hyundai, Kia, or Genesis experience -Must be familiar with CCC, OEC, and Parts Trader programs. CDK experience is a plus.
