Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Knowledge and experience with sanding and filling processes (priming and painting experience is a plus).
Ability to read and understand work instructions.
Strong attention to detail to ensure parts meet quality standards.
Ability to work long periods wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Physical ability to lift, reach, and pull up to 25 lbs.
Regularly required to stand, sit, and move around the facility.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
