    Parts and Service Advisor - San Marcos, CA Cart Mart, Inc. is an award-winning low-speed electric and gas automotive dealership. In business since 1959, Cart Mart Inc. is a pioneer in the low-speed vehicle industry making the golf cart much more than just a golf cart. We work primarily in the commercial and consumer markets specializing in people movers, material haulers, and of course, custom golf carts. Overview of the Position We're searching for an experienced Parts and Service Advisor to represent the company in their San Marcos, CA facility in taking calls from customers on parts and service matters, assisting walk-in parts, service, and sales customers, writing estimates, and scheduling service repair orders and customer service. This candidate plays a key role within our organization, as they are directly interacting with customers, and suppliers on a daily basis to solve their parts and service needs. Responsibilities: • This candidate must be a team player, honest, conscientious, naturally friendly, professional, have integrity, be a self-starter, extremely organized, detail-oriented, possess a positive “can do” attitude, have strong communication skills, be highly computer literate, and experienced in all aspects of coordinating service and customer service • The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities, as well as meet deadlines with accuracy • Takes calls from customers on parts and service matters • This candidate may also have to at times help with replacing parts in golf carts Qualifications: • Experience in the Golf Car, Automotive, RV, or Powersports industry is a plus • The ideal candidate might have worked as a dispatcher in the plumbing, electrical, or appliance industry • You must be able to work well under pressure and be able to multi-task • Minor mechanic experience such as replacing batteries, checking tire pressure, checking over golf carts, etc. is a plus • Consistent communication, follow-up, and follow-through are absolute requirements of this position • An integral part of this position requires the candidate to be passionate about Customer Service, conflict resolution, solving problems, and growing sales • You would need to be able to comfortable around an automotive environment, technically inclined and genuinely compassionate to others • Have a “Make it happen” attitude • The candidate must be willing to undergo a background check • Bilingual + Do you have what it takes to be part of the team? Compensation: $21 - $25 hourly DOE
