Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete and confident in a wide variety of surveys including Residential Construction/Mortgage, ALTA, As-built, Boundary, Bathymetric/Hydrographic, Construction, Development, Environmental, Residential/Commercial, and Topographic Surveys.
- Maintain equipment including but not limited to: Robots/Total Stations, GPS/GNSS Surveying Gear, Field Surveying Supplies, Trucks, Tools, and other equipment as needed.
- Travel from job to job working as a team and/or independently and maintain communication with the main office.
- Must be able to perform computations in field with minimal support from office, i.e. Horizontal & Vertical locations, plan interpretation, slope percentages, etc.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to carry survey equipment/supplies in remote, rural, or urban environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Regularly walk, stand, crouch, or stoop
- The ability to walk over rough, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- Work in a variety of weather conditions
