SUMMARY:
Passfeed is a commerce technology company, headquartered in NYC, dedicated to revolutionizing global payments and growth for businesses worldwide. We've designed our technology to transform offline, outdated processes into simple digital business management solutions in our all-in-one SaaS platform. Passfeed is dedicated to pioneering a truly global ecosystem, enabling merchants to operate anywhere without limitations, and propel the growth of their businesses without borders. We’re looking for someone to join our team who can support Passfeed as a Business Development Intern.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting; from a tactical, financial, technological, and regulatory perspective
Performing market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
Assist with partnership acquisition and management in both strategy and execution
Collaborate with Passfeed’s business leaders on projects
Maintaining a strong financial-analysis foundation, creating forecasts, projections, and models for decision support
Prepares and delivers clear, insightful and influential presentations and communications including email drafts, term sheets, reports, and other sales and marketing assets
Collaborate & work cross-functionally with our Technical, Product, & Operations teams to assess & identify refinements, improvements, and implement solutions
Provide administrative support for Business Development team
Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities
Success innovating, identifying and delivering new business, product, market opportunities
Other projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university in a related profession/field
1+ years professional experience (internships apply)
Demonstrated interested in fintech/SaaS
Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills
Proven strategic thinking, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
Enthusiastic and detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines simultaneously
Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills required
Ability to engage with all internal and external stakeholders on matters of business development strategy and support; team player
Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce, ZoHo, Oracle, etc.
