Upscale casual restaurant in Clifton Park, NY is seeking a full-time experienced Restaurant Manager.

The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality, great leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and is team-oriented. Your demeanor is calm and friendly. You lead by example.

Position:

• Restaurant Manager

Compensation:

• $55-80K salary experience-based | paid weekly
• Medical

• 3% bonus pay (based on inventory and P & L goals)

 Experience desired:

• 2-3 years of previous experience in an upscale casual high volume restaurant
• Wine & spirit knowledge
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• P & L management (maintaining food costs, maximizing profitability)
• Staff training & motivation
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Payroll
• Scheduling
• Managing greater than 20 people
