Job Summary: Halls Chophouse is seeking career minded, passionate and motivated Pastry Cooks. We strive to provide friendly, knowledgeable and professional service with a genuine sense of Hospitality along with a desire to place the guest experience at the forefront of each encounter. If you are detail-oriented and understand what it takes to plate the perfect dessert, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Prepping, measuring ingredients

Cake and dessert decorating

Baking for large format events as well as for distribution to our sister properties in Charleston

Expediting during service

Following recipes and SOPs

What we need:

Experience preferred but not required – We will teach you! You just need to be willing to learn!

Able to work in a fast paced, intense, and quiet environment

Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic!

Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.

Able to work as a team
